Delivery terms

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within Yerevan. For addresses away from the centre we call to check whether we can reach you. If we cannot, the order is cancelled at no cost and anything already paid is refunded in full.

Getting the address right — building, entrance and floor — is the customer's responsibility.

2. When we deliver

Delivery runs during kitchen opening hours. Current hours and any upcoming days off are on the Visit page.

On a day off we take no orders at all — the site will not let an order through for that date.

Orders placed after closing are cooked the next working day, as soon as we open.

3. How long it takes

Every dish is made to order, so a normal delivery takes roughly 40–70 minutes depending on the address, the weather and how busy the kitchen is.

That is an estimate, not a guaranteed time. If it is going to be much longer, we call you.

4. Cost and minimum order

Delivery is free. The minimum order for delivery is 3,000 ֏, and at or above that there is no delivery fee.

The delivery fee is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you confirm. There are no fees added afterwards.

If you use a discount code, the free-delivery threshold is measured against what is left after the discount.

5. Pickup

Pickup orders have no minimum and no fee. Your order waits for you at Movses Khorenatsi 25/1, Yerevan 0010, Armenia, and we call when it is ready.

6. Receiving your order

Please stay reachable on the number you gave while the order is out. If the courier cannot reach you or find the address, they wait 10 minutes, after which the order returns to the kitchen and is not refunded.

If you are paying cash, please have roughly the right amount ready — couriers do not carry much change.

7. If we cannot deliver

If we fail to deliver for a reason that is ours, you get the whole amount back, delivery fee included. The detail is on the Refunds and cancellation page.

8. Other delivery platforms

If you ordered through Glovo, buy.am or another platform, their terms govern delivery, cancellation and refunds for that order, not this page.
