Terms of service and public offer

1. Who you are buying from

Below, "we" means the seller and "you" means the customer.

2. How the contract is formed

The priced menu on this site is a public offer within the meaning of article 453 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia. Submitting an order accepts that offer, and a contract of sale is formed between us on these terms.

No separate paper contract is signed. The order number shown on screen once your order goes through is the record of that contract.

3. Dishes and prices

All prices are in Armenian dram and include the taxes required by law. Delivery fees, discounts and the dine-in service charge are shown separately before you confirm.

A 10% service charge applies to dining in. It does not apply to pickup or delivery orders.

The final amount is calculated by our server from the menu prices in force at the moment you order. If a price has been displayed incorrectly, we will contact you before cooking and you may cancel at no cost.

Photographs show the dish, but portions and presentation may vary slightly.

4. Accepting and declining an order

Every dish is made to order. After you place one we may call to confirm the address, the timing or a detail of the dish.

We may decline an order if:

• the dish has sold out that day,
• the kitchen is closed that day,
• the address is outside the area we deliver to,
• we cannot reach you on the number given,
• the order is plainly mistaken or abusive.

6. Delivery and pickup

Delivery area, timing, the minimum order (3,000 ֏) and any delivery fee are set out on the Delivery terms page.

7. Cancellation and refunds

8. Your account

An account is optional — you can order as a guest. An account only stores your name, phone number and addresses so you do not retype them next time.

Your password is stored hashed and is not visible to us. Please do not share it, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

9. Allergens and food safety

Our kitchen works with wheat flour (gluten), sesame, nuts, dairy and eggs. Dishes share surfaces and the same oven, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.

If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please write it in the order notes and call us. We cannot take responsibility for an allergy that was not declared.

11. Liability

We are responsible for the quality of the food we cook and for getting your order right. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question, except where the law provides otherwise.

We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control — severe weather, power or internet failure, road closures, official restrictions. In those cases anything you have paid is refunded in full.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes are heard by the courts of Armenia.

Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Consumer Rights.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.
